What was it that sparked your interest in starting your own business, what products or services does your business provide, and how long have you been in business?
Growing up we both was really into fashion, but more importantly obsessed with shoes. We always knew we wanted to open a store we just wanted to wait on the right time. After working in the field for a few years, we realized there wasn't a shoe store that catered to our needs or our peers in the West Bloomfield area and we were tired of traveling to the mall so we decided to open a shoe store in our hometown.
We offer some of the hottest shoe designers and the most desired brands. Peep Toe caters to all different types of women. We provide fashion forward footwear for women as well as leg wear and accessories.
We have been in business since November 2011.
How did you come up with the name of your business?
We came up with Peep Toe one day while brainstorming. We had a list of names written out but none of them clicked. We wanted something catchy and straight to the point so that when someone spotted our name they knew exactly what kind of store we were and what types of products we provided.
3.What sets you apart from the rest?
Although, we do sell name brands that are well known in Michigan we pride ourselves by staying ahead of trend and bringing styles and brands that people in Michigan are not familiar with.
What would you say are the most important factors of running a successful business?
The most important factor in running a successful business is definitely Customer Service, always going above and beyond to make sure the client is satisfied with their decision and always staying in touch with them letting them know about new products that are in and different sales you are offering.
